The SANTENAY 1er CRU GRAND CLOS ROUSSEAU, a red wine for aging made from Pinot Noir, offers a ruby color and aromas of morello cherry. Grown on well-exposed slopes, it has a fleshy body and a robust balance. Ideal for game, red meats, and cheeses, it should be served between 15 and 16°C (59 to 60.8°F). Available in vintages 2004, 2007, 2008, and 2009, including in Magnum and half-bottles for 2008.

The SANTENAY 1er CRU CLOS ROUSSEAU, a red wine made from Pinot Noir, is distinguished by its purple color and aromas of small red fruits. Its specificity compared to the GRAND CLOS ROUSSEAU lies in its precise geographical location. Perfect for dishes in sauce, game, red meats, and cheeses, to be enjoyed between 15 and 16°C (59 to 60.8°F). Available in 2007, 2008, and 2010, with the 2008 vintage receiving a Gold Medal from Gilbert & Gaillard.

The SANTENAY, an appellation from the Côte de Beaune, is a red wine made from Pinot Noir with a bright robe and an intense palatal attack. Smooth and well-structured, it features firm tannins and offers a finish rich in aromas, often fruity. Perfect with stewed dishes, veal, braised beef, modern or exotic cuisines, and a board of refined cheeses. Serve at 15°C (59°F). Available in vintages 2007 (Oaked), 2008, and 2009, as well as in "Vieilles Vignes ‘En Biévaux’" for 2008 and 2009.

C O T E D E B E A U N E V I L L A G E S

The COTE DE BEAUNE VILLAGES, a charming red wine made from Pinot Noir, features a ruby to light purple robe and a bouquet that mixes red and black fruits with floral nuances. With its good acidity and friendly tannins, it offers a balanced strength. Ideal with a variety of cuisines, from offal to braised beef, and from exotic dishes to cheeses, it should be served between 14 and 16°C (57 to 60.8°F). Vintages available: 2007 and 2008.

M A R A N G E S V I E L L E S V I G N E S " L E C H A M E R Y "

The MARANGES VIEILLES VIGNES "LE CHAMERY," a Pinot Noir red wine, is captivating with its light body and ruby reflections. Its fresh nose reveals raspberry aromas, while its clean and precise palate exalts the fruit. Valued for its liveliness and freshness, it pairs wonderfully with homely and rich cuisine, from offal to braised beef, and even exotic dishes. Also perfect with cheeses, it should be served between 14 and 16°C (57 to 60.8°F). Available in the 2009 vintage.

RED BOURGOGNE

The BOURGOGNE ROUGE, made from Pinot Noir, sports a purple robe that evolves into a deep ruby with age. Its rich bouquet of red and black fruits precedes a lively, structured, smooth, and rounded palate. Its finesse pairs perfectly with delicate dishes such as salads, meat pies, poultry, and even fish, thanks to its elegance. Serve young at 12-14°C (53.6-57.2°F) and more mature at 14-16°C (57.2-60.8°F). Available in the 2011 vintage.

B O U R G O G N E P A S S E T O U T G R A I N

The BOURGOGNE PASSETOUTGRAIN skillfully blends Pinot Noir and Gamay, offering a light, fresh, and fruity wine. This combination moderates its vivacity for a smooth result. Ideal for simple and tasty cuisine, it perfectly accompanies fine charcuteries, pies, raw ham, as well as snacks and barbecues. Perfect with soft cheeses, it is best enjoyed between 11 and 12°C (51.8-53.6°F). Available in the 2010 vintage.

PINK BOURGOGNE

The BOURGOGNE ROSÉ, made exclusively from Pinot Noir, stands out for its lightness, fruitiness, and vivacity. Perfect for summer menus and barbecues, it also shines at aperitifs. Appreciated for its sweetness and suppleness, it is particularly favored by women. Ideally served between 12 and 14°C (53.6-57.2°F). Currently, our stocks of rosé are depleted.
