Domaine Delorme Andriot is proud to cultivate over 6 hectares of vines, carefully distributed across the communes of Santenay and Cheilly-les-Maranges. Our diversity of terroirs is reflected in the variety of our wines, with each cépage being chosen to best express the unique characteristics of these lands.
We cultivate Pinot Noir to craft our emblematic red wines, such as our Santenay, Santenay 1er Cru, Côte de Beaune, and Maranges Vieilles Vignes cuvées. Chardonnay is used for the creation of our Santenay En Saint Jean and Santenay 1er Cru Clos Rousseau.
Each cépage is a tribute to the richness of our soils and our commitment to quality, revealing a palette of flavors that tells the story of our domaine.
Our Cultivation Methods
T o w a r d s a S u s t a i n a b l e V i t i c u l t u r e
At Domaine DELORME-ANDRIOT, our cultivation methods are diversified.
La vigne est une plante qui demande un entretien constant. Les travaux du vigneron vous sont expliqués plus en détail dans notre page « Le Cycle de la Vigne et les Travaux du Vigneron ».
On certain plots that are difficult to access, we favor natural grass cover due to erosion risks, while on other plots, we practice ploughing.
Domaine DELORME-ANDRIOT strives to preserve the environment by practicing lutte raisonnée (sustainable pest management) against vine diseases and insects, as part of a sustainable viticulture approach.
The Harvest and Vinification
T r a d i t i o n a n d I n n o v a t i o n
At Domaine DELORME-ANDRIOT, the family spirit is combined with a deep respect for traditional savoir-faire. The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand, ensuring precise selection and the utmost respect for the grapes.
The grape clusters are carefully sorted, partially destemmed, and then placed into concrete vats for the vinification and fermentation of our red wines. After pressing and settling, our white wines ferment in oak barrels.
Both red and white wines are then aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, where time, precision, and the wood shape their character and elegance.
Artisanal work, supported by modern expertise: this is how the wines of the domaine are born.
