WHITE BOURGOGNE "MEIX PILLE"
Our WHITE BOURGOGNE "Meix Pillé," pure CHARDONNAY, comes from Corpeau, near Puligny-Montrachet. This wine, made from golden grapes, stands out for its light gold color and delicate aromas of hazelnut, honey, butter, and candied chestnut, thanks to a soil rich in silica. Perfect with foie gras, fish, seafood, and cheeses such as brie, mont d'or, and comté. Serve between 11 and 13°C (51.8-55.4°F). Available in 2007, 2008, 2009, and in Magnum.
O U R G O G N A I G O T E
The BOURGOGNE ALIGOTE, made exclusively from the Aligoté grape variety, is a dry white wine characterized by its freshness and pale gold robe, widespread throughout Burgundy. This vigorous wine, made from generous grapes, is perfect as an aperitif, either on its own or enhanced with crème de cassis or raspberry for a delicious Kir. It ideally accompanies gougères, snails, parsley ham, and snacks. To be served between 11 and 12°C (51.8-53.6°F). Available in the 2011 vintage.
